Many homes that we photograph can be of cold architecture, but Aqua Liana embodies the warmth and true mood of a Tahitian vacation. As you can see from this shot taken from the second story, the courtyard is surrounded by exotic wood, stone, bamboo, palm, water, water falls and an enormous whirlpool conversation pit with fire feature in the center. If one could ever get tired of living on the Atlantic ocean side of this estate....bring all your friends to the west side and enjoy a Tahitian Treat Cocktail. Great Home.

ibi was contacted about creating a website for the search of Haleigh Cummings. Within 48 hours, ibi designed, developed and delivered a site that allows comments and the ability to send anonymous tips to the mothers attorney. At The HardRock Last Night Date: 1/15/2009
Some great fights took place last night at the Hard Rock Casino in Sunrise Florida. My buddy Max is a famous sports writer in the area and he provides me with an arms on the canvas position to take shots like these. Look closely and you can see the saliva captured spewing out of the middle weights mouth piece. Very difficult to capture the action without blur due to the constant vibration of the canvas floor and swiftness of the fighters. Usually my elbows are raw by the end of the evening. Lenox Lewis was there last night but I was too busy to take a shot. Oh well, I enjoy these events and appreciate Max for giving me the opportunity.

To All A Good Night! Date: 12/22/2008
To my family, friends, co workers and business acquaintances, I wish you all the best for the holiday season no matter how you celebrate. Each year I think about how I can be a Santa to everyone, in fact when I was in my teens I used to dress as Santa and go around my neighborhood and bring the children small gifts and told them to get to sleep early and I will be back later with the big gifts. Later on in life I was involved with the holiday boat parade for years collection gifts with my boat and delivering them to the U.S. Marine Corp. to have them distribute to the Salvation Army Palm Beach Chapter. I guess my point is, I feel more satisfied doing the small gestures of giving then I do running around dropping off bottles, baskets, and giving bonuses, to me it reaches much deeper. Dont take it wrong, I totally appreciate my workers and clients but just wondering if everyone could do a little sprinkle of this simple joy we would all have a Good Night.

The Estate Portfolio Magazine Date: 12/18/2008
Each year ibi designs produces the Estate Portfolio Magazine for Premier Estate Properties, encompassing the finest and largest collection of luxury properties from Vero Beach to Fort Lauderdale Florida. This years publication features a Monet oil painting on the cover that conveys the art of fine living. The magazine is a 96 page plus cover publication that is completely designed and produced in house at ibi designs. My staff worked extremely hard this year and I believe we have delivered an award winning publication. Thank you JC, Jennie, Adam & Brian for your dedication. I would also like to thank the owners/brokers, broker associates and estate specialists of Premier Estate Properties for having the faith in our talents and we wish them all much continued prosperity for the new year.

Plenty of Mahi Mahi for all!!! My great buddies Dennis, Max and I had a glorious day fishing Saturday. Caught plenty of live bait and scooted out a few miles to a great fishing spot. Nailed plenty of Mahi Mahi, this one here in particular was a beauty and thanks to the terrific gaff job by Captain D, we got it in!!!!

A tribute to Michael Friedheim Date: 11/20/2008
This past Sunday, Mr. Michael Friedheim passed on of a heart attack. I photographed his beautiful contemporary home on the Intracoastal earlier this year. A truly nice man who I engaged with in conversation a couple of times while shooting the interiors. Sorry to see him leave us... my prayers go to him and his family.

Why I Work SO SO Hard Date: 11/16/2008
My biggest passion in life, besides my daughter is fishing. Ever since I was able to hold a fishing rod I knew this was natural to me. Both of my grandfathers and my dad, all Sicilian, taught me well growing up at the Jersey shore. From jigging for fluke to tying my first no name knot it was all a thrill. I can still hear today the sad sound of the Norma K II party boat 3-toot her horn meaning it was time to go back to port. From fishing in streams in upstate NY for trout to the man made lakes at the Swan and Dolphin hotel in Disney, I have caught fish. It is still a surprise to me each time I reel in my line to see what size and or species is hooked up...even if it is a small mangrove snapper...its exciting. My good buddy Dennis and I run down to the keys as much as we can, we are both hard workers and know that after a long stretch of work we can look forward to our bay boat in Islamorada and within 2 hours we are headed to the back country in the Florida bay. If anyone has not seen this part of our country, I suggest a trip there for you maybe surprised as to what you will see and experience. It is our way of finding peace. Back to work...a real busy week before the holiday.

Our logo design, advertising and now photography, has contributed to the family owned restaurants success. Now open is their fourth establishment in Boca Raton, with a full Martini Bar and late night dancing, we are happy to see this nice family grow. I know...I have been out of touch! Date: 11/1/2008
Slammed with great work, my studio is very busy. We picked up 2 new clients from our web site, 1 that needs package design, another that will require a re design of their photography web site. Our studio just completed a wonderful photo shoot of the Skara Glen horse stables in Wellington (see sample). More samples of the shoot will be up on our site shortly. ibi designs has just completed the MMID web site. Minimal in flash and chock full of readable text and links. It is the clients goal to increase visitor popularity to the site and we will present the increase in traffic after a month. And the potential new clients that will be calling for a proposal of services. Many months in production but well worth it for this client. I am very proud of my staff, especially Jennie for doing a fine job in completing this enormous task.

My Daughter Ariana Date: 10/14/2008
I was blessed with having a beautiful daughter Ariana. She is now 15 and performing on Broadway in a comedy musical about 13 year old teens. Brian Catches 48.52 pound Bull Dolphin on The Ariana! Date: 10/13/2008
Yesterday Brian Minick of ibi designs joined me on a fishing trip in rough seas. After an early morning 7lb dolphin, we ran into a very large Bull Dolphin. It took Brian 50 minuets to land this beast and set a new record on the Ariana for Dolphin. Congratulations to Brian!!
